prima. / Partition walls

Prima Box partition wall consists of an internal aluminum structure, blind parts with faced chipboard panels and glass and aluminum glazed parts.

The structure of the wall consists of an upper and lower telescopic current with a U-section made of extruded anodized aluminum, aluminum uprights suitable for pressure mounting of the covering elements to the structure (panels and framed glass). A soft gasket is interposed for insulation and sealing at the contact points between the uprights and the covering elements. The vertical leveling of the wall is made by means of the lower skirting board. The starting point of the wall is made of extruded aluminum profiles suitable for horizontal leveling of the wall.

The blind modules are made with 18 mm thick faced chipboard panels with standard finishes, edged with 1 mm thick ABS edge, matching the panel finish. The glazed parts are made of extruded aluminum profiles with a silver anodised section or painted in RAL colors on request, while the glass, both single and double, is stratified 3 + 3 pvb. 0.38 safety as required by the regulations.

Possibility to insert Venetian blinds between the double glazing of the wall, with 15 or 25 mm slats and orientation only control. Any wiring for small systems is located inside the wall: data, telephone or electric lines. It is possible to insert mineral fiber mats of various thicknesses and densities inside the blind parts in order to increase the soundproofing features of PRIMA BOX walls.

PRIMA partition wall has a finished thickness of 104 mm. Standard finishes ready in stock: GR gray, AV ivory, BC white, SL silver, light oak RC, gray oak RG, Wengè WG and maple AC. PRIMA walls are created with standard forms defined both in width (1000 mm pitch modules) and in height. Boiserie primary walling has is 40 mm thick and consists of a retractable aluminum structure and 18 mm thick panels.
